The Ledbury

2021

The Ledbury is a farm-to-fork Michelin Star restaurant in the heart of Notting Hill. For this fungi-inspired interior we designed and manufactured over 50 panels from agricultural waste.

MONC

2021

For their pop-up shop in London, eyewear brand MONC commissioned interiors putting sustainability at the forefront, including a few mycelium plinths and shelves designed custom. Granted Dezeen and Surface Designs awards.

The Angel

2023

The Angel at the Hetton is a Michelin star Restaurant located in the Yorkshire Dales. For chef Michael Brignall, we created 2 solid oak and mycelium partitions, dampening the acoustic of the main dining room. Using a corrugated texture, we grew the panels from agricultural waste.

Launching his first mycelium lighting range, we supported award-winning furniture designer Sebastian Cox in realising his mycelium lamp shades.

Our Carver's bowl were featured in the 2019 Audi New Materials publication, showcasing the future of regenerative materials that could be applied to the automotive sector.
