Shipping & Returns
All items are made-to-order in the UK. Every item is produced following purchase and will be dispatched within 3 weeks from receiving the order confirmation unless stated otherwise.
You will receive an email notification upon confirmation of your order. Each product page clearly displays the delay in which the item will be dispatched, with a general rule of 3 weeks unless it is a more complex product which requires additional production time.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to EU countries as of now due to Brexit customs restrictions.
As our products are made to order, we do not offer returns on our perishable supplies, but in the event that the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, refunds may be facilitated.
Osmose Studio is not responsible for any damage or fault that would result during shipment of its products.
If your item is faulty (i.e. manufacturing fault), we can offer a replacement subject to 3 weeks lead times. Refund queries will be accepted at our discretion only. For more information, please email email@example.com
Osmose Studio is not liable for any delays that would occur with Royal Mail / or any courier used to ship our supplies which occurs after point of shipping and once you have been provided with a tracking number.
