This includes high quality photography and size charts, so please make sure you are ordering the right product. Returns and refunds are considered on a case by case basis. We only refund purchases if they are faulty or damaged upon receipt. This is not including if the damages were incurred during delivery. We cannot exchange one product for another. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, the weight of the item is taken into consideration in shipping cost. We craft everything by hand in the UK, so it can take up to 2 weeks for your product to be shipped as it is made-to-order. Our products are made by hand at our studio in the UK. All of the materials are locally sourced. We believe in transparency and thus ensure we trace our supply chain for each material. We have committed to not using any virgin plastics and only use sustainable, cruelty-free animal-based products. We support the use of organic and certified fibres, in a "farm to fashion" model.
